Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Wilder Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
