Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Greenridge North Insurance is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
