Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Umber Foods is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
