Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Cedar Civic Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
