Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Cedar Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Las Vegas, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
