Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Knoxville. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
