Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Knoxville, TN)

Silverline Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Knoxville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
