Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Pine Community Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
