Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Stone Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
