Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is a Kansas City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
