Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Nova Keystone Foods Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
