Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
