Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
