Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
