Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Mill Arts Center is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
