Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Juniper Foods Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 457 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
