Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
