Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Markets and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
