Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Pharma and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
