Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

We are growing our team at Redstone Clear Farms and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 537 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
