Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Fox Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jackson producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
