Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Westbrook Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 760 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
