Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Silverline Drift Legal Group is a Jackson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
