Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Rook Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jackson caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
