Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone Juniper Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
