Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Bright Loom Financial and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
