Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
