Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
