Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Glen Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Indianapolis serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
