Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Hollow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Honolulu, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
