Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

Redstone Thistle Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
