Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
