Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Hartford, CT)

Bright Amber Manufacturing makes precision components in Hartford, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
