Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Vista Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 894 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
