Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Telecom Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
