Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Fox Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
