Clearpath Wren Energy is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 653 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter readings. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter readings.
