Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
