Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services is an inspection company in Grand Rapids with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
