Summit Ivory Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
