Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fresno, CA)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Fresno, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
