Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
