Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Arts Center and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
