Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
