Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Field Markets is a Fort Worth retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
