Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Rook Pharma is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
