Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
