Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
