Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath West Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
