Senior HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Umber Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
